Dizziness And Nausea. History Of Vertigo, Eczema, Headache, Problem In Tooth. Suspected Migraine Anxiety Disorder. On Xanax. Help

Not sure where to go from here. About 2 months ago I was taking presidone for red spots all over my body which my dermatologist said it was either exema or reation to something...I also had UTI at the same time. Couple of days before I was finished my predisone I started getting dizzy and had nausea so I was told to stop taking the predisone. Ever since the the dizzyness never went away. I did have one week where I had Vertigo. I have been to the Cardiologist, Nuerologist and all the test and MRI for my brain were fine. I also went the the American Institue of Balance and the audiologist said he thought it was Migraine anxiety disorder...MARD..... The dizzyness has created anxiety and panic attacks so I take Xanax. I have also recently started to get more headaches than I use to. THe nuerologist did prescribe Meclazine but that does not seem to help. The Xanax seems to help more. Could I be going thru Pre-Menopause to cause this or I also was thinking that I should see an Orthopedic doctor cause I do have some disc issues and signs of authoritist from a MRI I had last year. Or should I go to a ENT doctor? I also have a tooth that needs to be removed due to periodontal desease...could this cause me to be dizzy all the time due a gum infection? I am dizzy all day everyday and I am really desperate to seek all these options. What suggestion do you have as far as what approach I should take at this point.

Neurologist 's  Response
Hi,
Thank you for posting your query.
It is unfortunate that you have dizziness, which has not responded to the treatment so far.
I would feel that you start with an ENT and then go for orthopedic, as both of these problems (vestibular and cervical spondylosis) could aggravate your dizziness.
I am sure you would improve with treatment.
Please get back if you require any additional information.

Best wishes,
