The fact that a week has passed since the fall without any serious event is good news. However there are some things you have to look out for and if present should immediately visit the A and E.

These are

Loss of conciousness
Visual disturbances
Any bleeding
Very severe headaches

It is not uncommon to have minor hedaches after falls or tooth removal and this can be managed with some analgesics.

The dizzyness on standing may be due to postural hypotension which is due to several reasons and you must get her standing and lying down blood presure to check if she does have it.
