Discomfort, Pain In Left Arm, Numbness, Arm Falling Asleep. Cause Of Worry?
I m a 55 year old male. I ve been suffering with a uncomfortable and sometimes painful sensation in my left arm , as if it were asleep. The only thing that I ve tried is to shake it out or just wait it out. I m not sure what it is but I know it s not pleasant. I m using this site to start the process instead of going to my family doctor with a waiting room full of flu suffering patients. Do you have any suggestions?

hi u probably slept in a faulty posture which compressed your nerves in the arm .if u do not sleep with your arm compressed by yiur weight or hanging by the side of chair u would probably not get these problems
