We understand your concerns

I went through your problem descriptions. I presume that you are a healthy person. The pain and sensations you are mentioning around your ribs and stomach on the left side could be due to acid reflux problems.

Acidity causes acid reflux and acid reflush pushes the diaphragm upwards resulting in pressurised lungs and chest walls nd heart region. Tightness and fullness around these arreas and stomach area due to acid reflux is common.

The burning sensation is arising out of anxiety about the pain and fullness. Thinking about the same symptoms again and again only helps to deteriorate the mental awareness of symptoms, and incrreasing anxiety.

Consult a general physician and clear your doubts. Because if you are cleared of any physical problems, mind feels free.

Hope this answers your query. Available for further clarification.
Good luck.
