From the information that you have provided it seems that you could be having any one of the following:
3. Axillary Lymphadenopathy
It is difficult to give a definitive diagnosis without physical examination. I would suggest you consult your dermatologist
as all of the above can be treated easily with medications alone.
For now i would suggest you to maintain
1.Good personal Hygeine
2. Use a antibacterial soap for bathing
3.Apply antibiotic cream over the region
4.If it is painful you can take NSAIDS.
