Discomfort, Noticed Ball Like Lump Under Skin Near Armpit Area. What Are They?
I noticed a little discomfort yesterday and while showering I noticed a bb sized hard ball under my skin about 6 down from my armpit on my left side. I noticed today while feeling around some more that I have a few more in my armpit. Seems like 2 are kinda stuck together and then another a littl lower from that, about 4 balls total. The are hard and a little tender but that me be because i have been playing with them.

From the information that you have provided it seems that you could be having any one of the following:
1. Hidradenitis Suppuritiva
2. Follliculitis
3. Axillary Lymphadenopathy
It is difficult to give a definitive diagnosis without physical examination. I would suggest you consult your dermatologist as all of the above can be treated easily with medications alone.
For now i would suggest you to maintain
1.Good personal Hygeine
2. Use a antibacterial soap for bathing
3.Apply antibiotic cream over the region
4.If it is painful you can take NSAIDS.
