Discomfort In Vagina, Bumps, Itching. Are There Home Remedies?

Hello. The other day I felt some discomfort in my vaginal area while walking. Yesterday some bumps appeared. They don't itch until I touch them. They hurt whenever I walk and are located around my vaginal opening. Are there any home remedies? I lost my insurance and can't afford to go to the drs right now. Also, what could this be?

Hi,
From history it appears that due to continuous rubbing of parts there might be having soreness and bumps.
Apply antibiotic cream locally.
Try to avoid rubbing of parts by avoiding walking.
If require go for one short antibiotic medicine course.
Keep local hygiene clean and dry.
Ok and take care.
