Discomfort In Stomach, Feeling Nauseous, Chills. Treatment?

My stomach has been having some discomfort the past couple days. It has been making me feel nauseous but have never vomited. I can push on the area of my stomach where I feel the discomfort and hold it when I breathe in and that helps it feel a little better. Tonight I am having chills with it in the middle if the night.
