HI I have gone through your mail and as you said you are a smoker you are suspecting as there is some growth in your throat and and simultaneously you are feeling discomfort in chest also which is extending from left to right of chest. After considering your symptoms I would like to tell you that you should contact your E.N.T.specialist for your clinical examination and if needed some diagnostic procedure like-Direct laryngoscopy (to detect growth in throat ),you may also go for C.T.Scan of chest. In this way your problem may reach to final diagnosis and treatment.Thanks.
