Take heart. Quitting cigarettes definitely is good. Your body and mind needs it more than anyone or you. Just don't be panic.
None of the symptoms you mentioned are in anyway related to quitting smoking
. The only problems that might arise are anxiety
and relapse symptoms which you don't have now.
You had become acidic due to some other reason. Diet is the key. Control junk food intake and have enough water and bananas and other fruits. Consult your doctor if you are un comfortable.
