Discomfort In Esophagus, High BP Feeling, Anxiety

I have what feels like something in my esophagus . Started a couple days ago. It is not really sore but annoying. it feels like liquid and food has to go around it when i swallow . i dont know if it is causing some anxiety or what but i feel like my bp is up also. I can feel it when i swallow low in my throat and somewhat in my chest area. like a pressure sensation.

hello.there are multiple causes for this feeling and anxiety is one of them, high bp is not likely to cause these symptoms. please meet your ENT doctor for further evaluation and treatment. thanks
