Dime Sized Spots On Inferior Distal Portion Of Incision Post Lumbar Laminectomy, No Pain Or Infection. What Could Be The Reason?

3 weeks post op lumbar laminectomy, incision is completely healed, no signs of infection but just inferior distal portion of incision there are 2 dime size brown spots, no pain , no infection. There is nothing in the brace that can be putting pressure there of this shape. Does anyone know what they could be. They look like owl eyes small and closer together.

Hello,'
It seems from the history that this is scar following incision post lumbar laminectomy. If there is no pain or redness or discharge from these spots then no need to worry.
Thank you
