Dime Sized Light Brown Spot On Neck, Itchy. Skin Cancer ?

Hi, I have had this dime sized light brown spot on my neck for about two months now. It suddenly appeared and my mother actually pointed it out. I didn t think much of it because I am fair skinned and have Tons or freckles. Well probably a week ago it kind of got dry kind o like dry skin . And yesterday about 1/4 of it is sort of red and it is aort of itchy. Im freaked that it is skin cancer .
