Digesting Problem, Tummy Virus. Can Breast Milk Help?

I have a 2 1/2 yr old shaken baby who is on a g-tube. Who has been having trouble digesting his feed. He is getting better & has seen the doctor & we r slowly increasing his feed back to normal. But he is still digesting extremely slow. They said it was a tummy virus . But we arn t sure. we r switching back & forth from pedialyte to his bright beginings soy formula. But he is still not digesting right. I was wondering if breast milk can help him in any way?

u must rule out, lactose intolerence for that boy if it is okay than u safely introduced breast milk.But at this stage breast milk is not enough to that baby.so u must add some comeplementry food(rice based)
