Difficulty to insert penis, in vagina. Feel loose without discharge. Suggestion?

Hi, I am 32 years old male. I recently started having sex after marriage. I have been masterbating for the past couple of years apparently i don t seem to be having any problem in discharge . These days during sex i don t feel completely tight it becomes difficult to insert my penis in vagina . Sometimes my penish starts getting loose without discharge. Can you please guide me what s the matter.

Thanks for your query.You are 32 years old and was indulged in masturbation since couple of years.Now you are facing problem of getting hard erection and unable to penetrate vagina.This is called as secondary ejaculation and in absence of any major health issue is mind related.and due to performance anxiety.Following general measures will help to increase the hardness of the penile erection
1) Take high protein low fat diet rich in vegetables and fruits.
2) Practice moderate exercise followed by meditation every day for an hour.
3)Avoid alcohol and smoking
4) Take some anti Oxidants like 5-6 Almonds everyday.
5) Spend more time in foreplay.
You can also try some drugs like Phosphodiesterase inhibitors ( Sidenafil) VIAGRA to be take 1 hour before sexual act..Get the prescription of this drug from your family Doctor.This will solve your problem in a month or two.
