Difficulty Swallowing, Red Spot On Mouth, Painful. What Could This Be?

i have had strep many times and recently got it again an took 10 days of antibiotic . the strep is gone. I dont have mono but i can hardley swallow it hurts so bad. my throat looks ok in the back but it hurts down low where you cant see it. plus i have a red bumed up spot on the roof of my mouth that is killing me. what could this b.

hello thanks for consulting hcm.. u can take tantum oral rinse-- topical anesthics and do salt water garlge for the painful tonsils.. also take hexidine topical ointment for ur red spot and topical mucopain as anesthetics... if problm persits plz consult a local dentist for bump the palate and ent for postr 1/3rd of tongue problm... hope it helps..
