colon cancer is very possible. That is why you should have colonoscopy
performed. Abdominal ultrasound
with fool blood work is also advisable.
It may turn that the only reason of your constipations is bad diet however colon cancer should be ruled out first.
If it is about diet, you should increase fiber rich products, reduce fatty foods and have more physical activity.
