Difficulty In Urination, Blood In Urine. Emergency?

I have had problem urinating tonight..4hrs ago it began.. I have been straining to go.. much pressure. No go. Finally constantly working the kegel exercise, I finally passed some urine , with 5 blood clots size of dime . Toilet water was a bright roseate color. Do I go to emergency room, or is the event over, or do I wait and see.

Hi,

There is no need to go to the ER now. If it is a onetime episode, it can be safely neglected. If it occurs again, please do visit your Urologist at his office.

Get well soon.

Regards,
