Difficulty In Urination, Abdominal Pain. Is My Prostrate Size Normal?
hi , i am a male age 44 my prostate size is 28 x 25 x 33 with the capacity of 12 cc. i have a little problem in urinating. A little bit tiny and before starting to urinate i should wait for a few seconds and after that at the end my urine is in the form of drops. I feel some pain below my stomach . some time ago i had to urinate every 2 or 3 hours but after using some ciproflaciacin i feel better. thank you

From the symptoms it looks like that your having urinary tract infection (UTI) .Your prostate size is mildy enlarged but enlargement of prostate is not necessary for to get it infected.It can get infected even when it is of normal size.
Ciprofloxcinin has improved your symptoms this proved that your having UTI.Consult some physician get your urine examine done to conirm your UTI and contnue ciprofloxcin for a week.

hi there, your prostate size and volume appears to be within normal range and the problem you have stated could be due to many other causes one of which is UTI. You seem to have been treated for the same with ciprofloxacin and have responded to the therapy. For the future drink plenty of fluids and do nt withhold the urge to urinate. also do visit your urologist and get any cause of urinary obstrustion like stricture or stone ruled out. Take care.
