Difficulty Ejaculating During Intercourse, Leg Weakness, Body Pain, Low Sperm Quantity. Treatment?
My name is XXXXX and I am 45 years old.I have sex after 4-5 days.I have proper erection . I have normal sexual intercourse but I have a problem at the time of ejaculation . It takes a much longer time . My legs and body aches and I become tired . Sometimes I have to leave without ejaculation . My blood sugar and blood pressures are normal.Sometimes the quantity of semen is also low.

hello shantunu you did not mention how much time you are taking in ejaculation,body and leg aches are due to strain for ejaculation, you can test your semen for less in quantity for any infection or something else if all is normal take herbal medicine ashwagandha powder 1 tsf with milk twice daily for 1 month.
