Difficulty During Urination And Bowel Movement, Mucus Stool And Pressure In Urethra. What Is The Cure?

I am unable to urinate or defecate properly, I have to force all my BMs, which are all unfulfilling, diareahha, mucus stool, or very small. When I force my BM I feel pressure in my urethra to urinate. So I force my urination with my BMs. When I try to urinate normally, I have to breath in and out, while a small amount of urine usually comes out, with dribble at the end, also unfulfilling. I can t flex to force the last amount of urine out, so I dribble too. I am a 22 year old male.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
Let me tell you that one need not to apply any force for urine or defecation neither it requires this, it is all happens due to physiological reflexes that are coming at certain compatible time and that can be controlled, but if you are exerting extra force then the residual volume will comes out and may acquires vicious cycle then whenever you force either for urine or toilet you will get the feeling of same every time, so in my opinion you are doing wrong stop applying force, just go for it when strong reflexes are there, hope yo can understand this have nice day.
