Difficulty Breathing, Increased Heart Rate And Dizziness After Smoking A Cigarette, Haven't Smoked For A While.
I haven't smoke a cigarette in a while and i was feeling down today so i smoked one and another one right after i started to have breathe heavily my heart started pulsing fast and i started to sweat and i felt dizzy and i wanted to throw up. I got up and i started to black out and i fainted and i drank water because i felt like i was going to due. Why is that?
The symptoms that you have mentioned are those seen in nicotine overdose. Since you hadn't smoked for some time, your body was no longer tolerant to nicotine. So the amount of nicotine that entered your body from the two cigarettes, smoked in a small interval of time, was more than your body could handle. That is why, it reacted in such a way and you had all these symptoms. There is no need to worry. You will be fine in a few days as the effects of nicotine wear off.
Hope this helps you. Best wishes.
