Diet For Liver Disease

can any one suggest which food is better for a patient (diabetic) who is suffering from fatty lever (alocholic)

Diet in liver disease: 1. need to stop alcohol and smoking 2. more green leaves and vegetaables 3. use LIV- 52 syrup a himalaya product its good for liver disease

Avoid oily and fried food. As bile is not produced properly, oil based food will not be absorbed properly.

Avoid alcohol completely. It will definietly help. LIV-52 is good for liver disease.
