Diet Chart for gaining weight

Hi, may I know what is the diet chart I need to follow as my height is 5,6 and After 1 year of GYM...I slost alot of weight that now its 44 KGS. Now I need to gain back 6 more KGS and need to maintain that

follow high protein and high carb diet,which includ

milk & milk product,nonveg,eggs
nuts,dates,ice creams,
whole milk ,cheese etc
