hiiii dear
it is difficult to say that omeprazole causes headache n all
it is very rare side effect of it

but headache has some other etiology mainly related to your GI problems
main causes are
refraction problem in eyes
stress and tensions
chronic sleep problems
GI problems
physical illness
so 1st you have to identify trigger problems
or you have to consult psychiatrist or neurologist
he will find proper cause behind it

gradually you will recover from your GI problem that you had in past
after it may resolve all your concerns and problems
get well soon
thank u
