due to some foods collecting in the excretory system. Most common causes include dehydration
, lack of fiber, lack of activity etc. Consume a lot of fluids throughout the day. Also include a lot of fruits,green leafy vegetables, other vegetables and whole fiber which will aid in bowel movement thus avoiding blockage. Also, sufficient exercise of activity is needed for the body to perform its functions. Also, during stool blockage, avoid dairy products as much as possible as they might worsen the condition.
