Have you eaten anything different recently. Excess spicy food perhaps. You could be having malabsorption
problems which is causing excretion of fat in stool in abnormal amount. Try to avoid wheat, fatty food, spicy food, eat more fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables, drink plenty of water.
