Diarrhea, Stomach Ache, Vomiting, Headache, Double Vision, Dizziness. Opinion?
I have been sick since Sunday
It started off with diarrhea and stomach aches
And last night I threw up more than ever before and got a sever head ache
My head hasn't gotten any better since last night and now vision is messing up
Sometimes I see double if not triple visions
And I get dizzy and light headed
What is wrong with me ?

Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
Seems to a case of gasro-enterotitis in which there is diarrhea and vomiting.
Due to loss of fluid there is dehydration.
With dehydration there is also loss of certain minerals , hence there develops dizziness and faintness .
Due to this there is feeling of double vision ,spinning and light headed.
Consult a physician and get in fluid replacement therapy at once.
Hyper acidity is also associated with this disorder.
