Diarrhea, Occasionally Accompanied By Mucus, Increased Wind, Abdominal Cramps, Vomiting. Taken Antibiotics Previously. Advise?

My 18 month old daughter has had diarrhoea for over 5 weeks, and a few times it has been accompanied by mucus. She also has had an increased amount of wind. My GP has said its due to antibiotics she was taking, but they finished over 4 weeks ago. I am concerned it is something more serious, as she now appears to have stomach cramping pains. She has had 2 occasions of vomiting in this time too, I am unsure if this is connected.
