Hello!

Thank you for the query. Every diarrhea which lasts longer than 48 hours should be investigated. Stool tests are necessary.
You need to know that with every loose stool you are loosing plenty of water. Not eating enough and drinking, you do not supply sufficient amount of water. All this leads to dehydration what can be life threatening. You should notice decreased amount of urine and darker urine.
That is why I suggest you to visit your doctor as soon as possible.

Hope this will help.
Regards.
