Diagnosis post D&C showed watery cysts. Is this anything to worry about?
hi there, i recently had a d&c and the results came back diagnosing a partial molar pregnancy . op was on 5th october and diagnosis was on 19th october. however i just got the call to say that a second opinion has confirmed that it wasn t a molar pg afterall but what they saw were watery cysts that could be confused for a molar pg. are these watery cysts anything to worry about?
These type of watery cysts are typical of molar pregnancy.
Now you have to go for re-estimation of beta HCG levels.
Depending on the result further followup can be planned.
Better to avoid pregnancy for 2 years.
