Diagnosed with under active thyroid, neck choking, spot bleed. What should i do?
I have just been diagnosed with an underactive thyroid ihave been on a med for 5 days then it was increased from 75mg to 100mg I have not slept for more than 3 hrs over the last 3 weeks each night I feel like the skin around my neck is choking me I started to spot bleed today but now my breasts are so tender I cried when I took my bra off I feel very week bloated and sore
Considering your history of underactive thyroid, it would be preferable to check your thyroid functions and titrate the dose of thyroxine. your symptoms may also be related to premenstrual features and will resolve after menstruation.
