Diagnosed With Typhoid Fever. Why Increased Temperature? Vaccinate Him?

My son aged 25 months is diagonsed with typhoid fever twice, he doesnt show any symptoms of typhoid, except for the increased temperature and the typhoid test being positive? we administered him antibiotics prescribed by doctor for 3 weeks. Now he seems perfectly ok. Can i give him typhoid vaccination so that it may not recur?

Yes you can give him typhoid vaccination as the immunity provided by vaccination may prevent the relapses associated with typhoid fever and booster should be given every 3 years.
