Diagnosed With Stomach Ulcer, Sharp Pains In Stomach. Pills Ineffective. Recommendations?

Hi doctor, about 4 or 5 months ago, i slowly lost all of my appetite. I have little to no energy and I sleep constantly. I have lower back pains and stomach pains when I eat. Even when im not eating, my stomach constantly hurts. I went to the doctor about 2 weeks ago and was diagnosed with a Stomach ulcer. Ive.taken my pills for almost a week now and they have not helped at all. Tonight my lower stomach has been having sharp pains. It sorta feels like a knot is in my stomach. Something isn't right... Do you know what it could be?

Hello. You must go to digestive specialist doctor.
He will examine you and will request additional tests:blood analysis,
abdomen radiography, abdomen ultrasound or endoscopy(introduce camera to view the digestive tract).
By now you can take some painkiller(for example paracetamol 1gr thrice a day)
but you must go to digestive specialist doctor as soon as possible.
I wish you good health.
