Diagnosed With Sarcoidosis, Crohns, Pain In Hand And Numbness In Feet. Should I Ween Off Non Essential Medicines?

Hi I have been diagnosed with sarcoidosis, now crohns and have severe pain in my hands with numbness and tingling also my feet. I saw a rheumatologist who had me do emg/ncs which I have mild carpal tunnel. He said I have fibromyalgia like muscle pain and that all the medications I am on don't allow me to get the right kind of sleep I need my muscles need?? He said I need to ween off all the nonessential meds. I am on requip, Topamax, nortriptylin, Provigil, celexa, prednisone, hyzaar, pentasa, zantac, dulera inhaler, singulair, syntroid, fish oil, another bp med, vitamin D3.

My question is do I need to ween off the nonesstial meds or are there some I can just stop?

You are taking multidrug therapy and when this is happens then the chances of including of un-necessary drugs are likely, so it is correct that you need to stop certain medicines which are really nonessential, and more important is improve your mental health, no stress, anxiety, depression, have nice day.
