General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

It could possibly be severe constipation with pseudo incontinence of stools.
I would suggest a thorough reassessment by Pediatric Surgeon.

Take care

Best Regards
