Diagnosed with low sperm count.Can you explain the report?

Hi My husband is age 45 and our doctor diagnose him with a low sperm count. Could you clarify these results permatozoa, morphology     1     > OR = 3     %Norml,SPERM COUNT, SEMEN     5.7     > OR = 15, Spermatozoa, nonprogressive %     20     0 - 50,permatozoa, immotile %     65     0 - 50,pH, semen     8.5     >=7.2     
Spermatozoa, rapid %     5     >=25     %
Spermatozoa, slow %     10
Testosterone, TOTAL     268     > 200

FSH     6.1     1.4 - 18.1     mIU/mL

Thank you for the report details. There is good news and bad news. The good news is that your husband and you can have kids! The bad news is that it might be very difficult.
