Hello and welcome to HCM,
Presence of cysts in the ovary can be benign, borderline or malignant.
Benign cysts are common in ovary and potential for malignant conversion is rare.
Menstrual irregularities are common in cases of ovarian cyst.
Malignant ovarian cysts are characterized by raised CA-125 levels.
CA-125 level is within normal levels in your case so the probability of malignancy is low.
The menstrual irregularities are also seen in hormonal imbalances.
You need to consult your gynecologist for endometrial biopsy.
This test will sample the endometrial lining and thus help to know the status of the endometrium.

Thanks and take care
