Diagnosed With Head Laceration, Balance Issues, Numbness And Protruding Abdomen. Had C Section. Is It An Internal Bleeding?

Hi, I was in a serious rear-end collision a week ago today. The only apparent injury I was diagnosed with was a head laceration that required 5 staples. However, since the accidnet I have been having really bad double vision, balance problems, and speech difficulties. A ct-scan came back saying everything was fine. Most recently, though, I have developed a numb and protruding aebdomen, especially where I had had a previous cessarean section. I am concerned about internal bleeding since the ct-scan only checks the head and neck. Any thoughts?

Thanks for your query
I have gone through your problem in detail
Ct scan of head is good enough to detect any intracranial bleedbut there are chances that you might develop extradural and subdural hemorrhages over a period of time to diagnose these problems you need t undergo repeat scan
regardingabdomen you need 2 get ultrasound of abdomen. If there is free fluid in the abdomen you need further evaluation, if not you can forget about internal bleeding
wish you good health
