Diagnosed With Dysautonomia. Frequently Passing Out When Over Heated. Normalcy Attained By Drinking Gatoraid

im a healthy 17 year old female but I frequently pass out when over excerted or overly hot. I usually get back to normal by drinking gatoraid or something similar. I was diagnosed with dysautonomia but dont really have much more to go on. this is also usually related to times when I havent eaten for a while. I dont take medications and am a healthy weight. thank you

Dysautonomia is associated with such brief spells of fainting. Avoid sudden temperature changes, keep yourself well hydrated and keep your electrolytes balanced by having an electrolyte rich fluid frequently.
