Diagnosed With Cyst Under Right Ovary. Advised To Remove Cyst Ovary And Uterus. Option Other Than Surgery?

Doctor i am from chennai, an having a cyst near right ivery, i get suggesion of a doctor she says that need to remove alonwith the cyst overy and uterus also.. already i under gone a laproscopy in 2009 February such case, and done tubectomy also...but i do t wnat to remove uterus at this movement and also overy....pls advice
