Diagnosed With Colitis, Frequent Fatigue. What To Do?

I self-diagnosed myself with colitis. I have had symptoms for over a year. Along with it came frequent fatigue. The exhaustion is getting worse. I often breath heavily with a little exercise and I get very tired. Now I can walk only short distances to the market. I am 67. Am I dying. I don t see a cure.

You have fatigue, exhaustion, breath heavily with exercise, and feel tired, You are aged 67 years, at this age unless you care by attending the doctor you will be like that.
Colitis has nothing to do with the above symptoms. Any how i advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts,and
protein rich foods to be healthy.
