Diagnosed With Chest, Lung Infection. Terrible Pain When Coughing, Breathing. Healing Time?

Hi. Today i was diagnosed with a chest infection and an infection in my lung . I have had severe coughing fits and think i may have strained a muscle in my chest.first of all please could you tell me how long that could take to heal as the pain is terrible when i cough or breathe.and secondly i am feeling very very tired is this normal with a chest infection

your symptoms are suggestive of acute pleuritis where pain usually increases on deep breathing, coughing, sneezing etc.

your pain can subside after 1-2 day of antibiotic therapy. continue with that..
