A natural health practitioner diagnosed me with adrenal gland exhaustion due to severe and prolonged stress. I have researched it and do fit most of the symptoms. I have been to the doctor repeatedly over the past ten years. They do do tests, iron, thyroid, etc but everything comes back clear, yet still my symptoms persist on and off - flu-like feeling, fuzzy head or headache, bad taste in my mouth, extreme tiredness and low mood. Why can't the doctor do something or find anything wrong? I do find it better if I stay away from sugar, yeast (I don't have candida either) processed food and take probiotics, but it's very bad at the moment. I can't work, no concentration and too tired. I eat a very healthy diet, don't drink or smoke and get at least 8 hours sleep.
