Diagnosed With Acid Reflux,endoscopy Clear, Headache, Sinus And Intolerance Of Lots Of Food, Constipation. Help?
Hi, was diagnosed with acid reflux last sept after getting bad cough, nausea and vomitting. Those symptoms have now changed to feeling full all the time, headaches, sinuses exhaustion, and intolerance of lots of food. Endoscopy came back clear, am off nexium 2 weeks and no coughing. Was told could be my gall bladder and waiting for ultrasound. I have lost 9 lbs in last 2 months. I do have a vague ache at times in my top right under the ribs especially during exertion.had severe pain for 3 days between my shoulder blades a month ago and suffer from constipation for last 3 yrs despite eating very clean and drinking lots. If it is my gall bladder what exactly could it be ?

Esomeprazole ( nexium ) provided some relief in hyper acidity type symptoms as you mentioned in your query.
Now still there is nausea, constipation, and pain in shoulder blade.
As you stated that you drinks regularly .
In my opinion ultrasound of LIVER may reveal every thing so please get it done.
Gallbladder may causes this type of problems , but I differ in this case and this may be due to disease in liver.
Consult a physician and get his opinion as physical examination will find out any enlargement of liver , if any.
