Diagnosed With Cochlear Menieres Disease. Feeling Lethargic And Trouble In Walking. Done With Many Tests. Cure?

my partner has been diagnosed with Cochlear Ménière's disease However his hearing is almost gone, he is so lethargic he has trouble walking. He has had every test - neuro, ears, CT, MRI etc. All are ok. He does not have the vertigo associated with Menieres but tonight has just deteriorated with lethargy and loss of hearing. I'm at a loss

I had gone through your query , the basic treatment for the cochlear meniere`s disease are
1.Avoidance of tobacco products, alcohol, caffeine
2.Avoidance of excessive sodium ( Sodium intake should be restricted to 1,800 mg. per day)
