General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, it appears that you have schizophrenia, because you are accepting that you are having the things, you can easily get through the condition easily. I advise you to consult a psychologist foe diagnosis and treatment.
Besides you also practice yoga, meditation, reading books, and hearing music, Also have a balanced diet with good food values, to help you recover well. Thank you.

Psychiatrist Dr. Anjana Rao Kavoor's  Response
Hello Patrick
I have gone through your account. I believe you need a thorough evaluation of your symptoms, for it is unlikely that so many disorders can be diagnosed concomitantly and i believe the rubric can be curtailed to entertain only one or two diagnosis.
Seeing things which are not there are visual hallucinations, though they can be imagery as well. The two have different diagnostic connotations, and hence need evaluation. Also, the feeling of being watched and sleep paralysis (?) call for expert opinion regarding their actual status.
Ritalin is methylphenidate which is used in ADD, as you know perhaps. However, the drug itself, upon abuse, give rise to psychotic symptoms like delusions and hallucinations.

I would strongly suggest you to visit a psychiatrist and get yourself evaluated. A proper history, mental status evaluation and a few tests might sort out a number of things. Appropriate therapy and medicines will surely help you lead a wonderful life.

Hope this helps.
Regards
