Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

The only sure cure is removal.
It has to be done - if not now, later.
In the absence of complications like arrhythmia, obstruction and so on, one may postpone, but not avoid the operation

Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck
