Diagnosed Opacification Of Multiple Inferior Left Mastoid Air Cells. Histroy Of Partial Hearing Loss. Treatment?

I have had some hearing loss over the last year and had an MRI and nothing was picked up on that. Just recently I had a CT scan done for another reasons and the report says "There is opacification of multiple inferior left mastoid air cells, this finding has developed since previous CT scan in 2008" How is this treated?

this mastoid opacification may not be the cause for hearing loss. If there was no previous history of ear discharge, this may be neglected. But there is a small entity called Congenital choesteatoma which usually may present in second decade of life(As your age is not mensioned i may not come to the conclusion)
