OBGYN 's  Response
Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood the concern. With PCOS, it is possible to have regular menstruation even without ovulation, i.e., to have anovulatory cycles. The fact that the cysts are enlarging indicates that ovulation is not happening and this is one of the reasons for failure to conceive. You may benefit through a laparoscopic cyst puncture. Tubal patency can be checked simultaneously. Metformin also helps to reduce cyst formation and help spontaneous ovulation. If induction of ovulation is planned as part of the treatment, regular monitoring is mandatory in view of your tendency to increased cyst formation. Please maintain a healthy weight, healthy diet and regular exercise. Hope this helps.

you need to follow for the size of the cysts, if they are getting larger as you say. Next you need to know how to check for ovulation, whether you are ovulating each month or not. there are tests available for that.
