Diagnosed Gemistocytic Astrocytoma 111/1V. On Strocit 500 Which Is Not Prescribed This Time. Continue Medication?

hello,
my mother underwent a neuro surgery last year and she was diagnosed with Gemistocytic Astrocytoma III/IV and she has been using Strocit 500 from the past 4 months and during recent consultation the doctor has not prescribed it. Is it necessary to continue and will it have any side effects.? she is currently suffering with oedema.

I am sorry to hear for your mother Strocit might have been given for the ischemic area of brain but it works in very early stage and have got very limited role so her doctor must have noticed it and stop the drug stopping of this drug wont do any effect, the edema of what kind it is not given here please be in touch with HCM for further query have nice day.
